HOA Financial Documents

All homeowners are entitled to have access to review the association’s financial documents.

Copies of year-end and general ledgers, audits, and compilations are available upon request.  Please email greg@soniatrealty.com any requests.

Homeowner membership is required to view HOA Documents online.  To register, you must be a current Homeowner whose email address is in our database. If your email is not currently in our database, please send an email to greg@soniatrealty.com with your name, phone number, and unit number.
